I am looking at this project parkside homes by paradise developments. They are offering 2k sqft for a price of 1.12M$, which is quite high as per the market, the current price for 2k homes in Brampton seem to be less than 1M. I am looking to move in with family and find that snelgrove area to be quite good for family. Do you folks that this investment is value for money ?
