There are three ways in which users can log in to their ICICI direct account. One is through mobile; another one is through the web, and the last is through the desktop application. ICICI Direct offers multiple ways in which users can log in to their accounts. It’s through the desktop application, mobile application and web login. We have provided a detailed step-by-step orientation one how users can log in to their account through any of these three platforms.

ICICI Direct Mobile Login

  1. Get the latest version of the mobile application. Users can update the application before using it. Ensure that you have a mobile compatible in supporting the application.
  2. Once downloaded, then open the application and enter the user ID and password. Date of birth and PAN number would be asked.
  3. Click on login to access your account.

Note: Failure to enter your password correctly for three or more than three times will lead for your account to close and you will have to contact the customer service to get it unlocked.

ICICI Direct Web Login

  1. Users can head to the website named ICICIDirect.com.
  2. Once on the site, users will have to choose the “login” option, which is available on the right of the web page.
  3. Over here, you will have to enter user/login ID, password, date of birth to login. If you don’t have access to a keyboard, you can use the virtual keyboard offered.
  4. Login after filling in all the details.

Note: For users having a low bandwidth network connection, they can opt for a low bandwidth site available on the bottom right corner of the web page.

ICICI Direct Desktop Login

  1. Ensure that you have the application installed correctly, which is compatible with your computer.
  2. After successful installation, open the application and chose the login option.
  3. Here, you can enter your username, login ID, password, date of birth as standard details.
  4. Once enter, click on the login button to log in to your account.

Note: Ensure that you have the right application with a stable internet connection. If the connection glitches, the listings might get affected at that point.

Forgot password or login ID?

For users that have forgotten their password or login ID, then they could follow the below-iterated steps to avail the new password.
Forgot password?

  1. Head to the ICICI Direct website.
  2. Choose the login option, and there you should be presented with a “forgot ID” option.
  3. After clicking that, you can choose to either get the password through OTP, through the online grid or bank account. For each step, different details would be asked.
  4. Fill in the required details and generate the details. The whole process should take few seconds.

Forgot Login ID?

  1. Head to the ICICI Direct website.
  2. Choose the “Forgot Login ID” option form the presented options.
  3. You can avail the Login ID either through OTP or through email address.
  4. Click on generate OTP or get Login ID from either of the options.
  5. You should receive a mail or OTP giving you the account details.
