Step 1. Download the Yes bank account closure form or you can get this from the bank also.
Step 2. Take printout of the closure form and fill in all the details that include-

- Account number
- Customer ID
- Type of account
- Account closure reason
- and details of Demat or Trading account linked with your account.
Step 3. Duly sign the closure form and if more than one person holds that account, then the signature of the other holder is also required.
Step 4. Attach a copy of your KYC documents and your bank passbook, chequebook, and debit card also.
