Hi folks,
we are looking to purchase a home for a 4 member family in greater toronto area. We have looked into bunch of detached and semi detached homes, semis are atleast 200-300k cheaper than detached homes. What are downsides of buying a semi detached home ? I understand that there could be noise from neighbors but how bad it could be ? Also, what other things do I need to consider if we go for Semi ?
